How It Works
1. Choose Your DesignThere are 2 options when choosing your mural design. The first option, choosing from our image library. The second option, using an external stock image.
2. Measuring Your WallAfter choosing your image, the next step is to measure your wall. Our murals are designed to fit any shape or size walls. Measure left to right, top to bottom. If there are any slopes or doors on the wall, just measure the entire wall.
3. Add Your DimensionsJust remember we only need wall measurements, don’t include any skirting board or coving. We will print your mural one stroke 2% larger than the dimensions you give us. This will make the installation easier and safer. If unsure, you can contact one of out team.
4. Select Your MaterialChoose from one our three types of paper.
- Smooth
- Textured
- Peel And Stick
Once your wall is measured, you will receive a proof image of your mural for you to review before you buy. If you wish to make any edits to the mural we can do, at this stage.

Installation
InstallWe recommend, for best results, that two people hang up the wall mural.
Prepare your wallTo achieve the best results, ensure that your wall is clean, smooth, dry and free from any flaking paint or plaster. Do not use lining paper. Always make sure to use a primer or sealer once the wall is ready for instalment. Allow this to dry before installing your mural.
WallpaperOur wall murals come in panels of anything between 700mm-900mm and come with a 20mm overlap.
TipsYou must ensure that the first panel is hung up straight, this is vital for a successful installation of the mural. Use a spirit level, plum line or laser to mark the wall.
Lay out all your panels and double check before you install.
All panels are numbered 1-?, then start from left to right using panel 1 first.
Paste the wall before each panel installation.
Hang the first panel carefully smoothing away any bubbles or ripples using a soft brush or squeegee
Do not pull or stretch the mural during installation- this is important. Work from the top and let the mural fall naturally, taking care not to scratch or scuff.
When hanging the second piece, your mural is printed with a 20mm overlap. Visually match the image at the join and smooth out and adjust until you have a perfect match.
Using a straight edge and sharp knife, cut down the middle of the overlap- through the panels. When cutting keep the knife pressed on the wall at all times, moving the straight edge as you cut downwards. Lifting the knife can cause the join to be uneven.
