The following information details the terms and conditions upon which we supply our products. By purchasing any of our products you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders
You send us your name/email address and details of the image you would like to order, along with the dimensions you would like it to be printed at. Upon us receiving your order, you will receive a proof image and a quote containing a total cost of goods and services via email. We will respond to orders within 24 hours of submission excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note at this stage the order is not obligatory. Once you have received your proof and costs, simply follow the link to check out and pay for your order via any of our payment methods.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods, credit or debit card, PayPal and BACS.
Right of cancelation
You have the right to cancel a product provided that the services agreed with within the contract have no already started. We do not offer refunds on customised products (custom size murals or custom designs). Any products with apparent defects caused by wonderful wallpapers will be replaced or refunded.
Production and Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver our products in good time. Our quoted delivery times are approximate and start once payment is received. We cannot be held responsible for delays made my third-party couriers or postal services. We will always ensure that your order is securely packaged, any damage that the package may incur during transit should be noted upon delivery and signed for as damaged.
The customer is responsible for any custom, duties and taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
The product should be inspected prior to installation, any defects contact wonderful wallpapers. Claims cannot be made after a product has been used or installed. Third party costs will not be refunded, therefore please be sure to check the condition of your product before hanging. Variations of colour may occur between on screen proof and physical product. We cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between monitor settings.
